Brin
is a consultant in school improvement and classroom change. His work focuses on enabling sustainable high quality change in
schools and takes advantage of innovative yet highly practical approaches.
He
enjoyed a distinguished record as a teacher and head of department, winning several awards and prizes for his work, including
a Millennium Award for his pioneering work on environmental education. He worked as an advisory teacher for a local authority
in Yorkshire
before setting up his own consultancy in 2002. He now works with hundreds of schools every year through training courses and
one to one support work.
He
has also written a wide range of best-selling books for teachers and school leaders and recently appeared in a series of programmes
for Teachers’ TV. His books have also proved popular overseas and have recently been launched in Australia, South-East Asia and the USA.
He maintains an active interest in effective teaching and learning approaches and is
carrying out part-time doctoral studies at Leeds university into creativity in the classroom.

Will Thomas Will is an experienced trainer, consultant and performance coach. His career
began in personnel management with Marks and Spencer plc, and was followed by successful roles in teaching, educational leadership
and advisory work. Since he formed Vision for Learning
Ltd, he has passionately developed tools for young people, teachers and managers.
Will holds a Masters Degree in mentoring, counselling and guidance and a Certificate in Performance Coaching. He is an Accredited
Performance Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Registered Hypnotherapist. Will has
worked extensively in UK schools and with British and American schools overseas. He has written ten books in the education
field, including the award-winning Head of Department’s Pocketbook with Brin Best and the pioneering Coaching
Solutions, the first book of its kind to take coaching and set it itno an educational context. He loves mountain environments
and is involved with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and actively supports school building and welfare projects
in Nepal.
